"Certainly one of the area's favourite dining spots, this intimate restaurant is located in beautiful downtown Thornbury, near Colllingwood. A sophisticated casual style paired with an excellent serving staff. The warm interior space features low lighting & exposed brick with a sleek, modern bar perfect for sipping one of Sisi's signature "WICKED" martinis. A sampling of the menu offers lobster, spinach and carmalized onion dip with beet chips and crisp pita points, beet and dill housecured gravalax trout with chive belini and crème fraiche, Debrazzini sausage with carmelized onion and gorgonzola. Seasonal additions change nightly. Main dishes include aged steak, rack of lamb, bone in beef tenderloin, grilled chicken breast with oyster mushrooms, asparagus and arugula in a parmesian bechamel on fettucini noodles, and a selection of homemade pasta and fresh seafood. Scrumptious housemade desserts include delights such as flourless chocolate cake with hazelnut creme anglais, or Georgian Bay apple crumble with warm caramel sauce."
